DV TEES – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Overview

DV TEES offers shipping for all eligible orders. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout or provided on your invoice.

2. Processing & Production Time (Standard Orders)

• Orders are produced within approximately 10 business days after:
  • Payment is received, and
  • Final proof is approved

Production time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

4. Delivery Estimates

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control

5. Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier:

• DV TEES is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Lost packages
• Damaged packages during transit

Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• DV TEES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• DV TEES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
• Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

• Contact the carrier immediately
• Retain all packaging materials for inspection
• DV TEES may assist with documentation if needed, but responsibility lies with the carrier

9. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

• Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe (see Terms of Service for abandoned orders)

10. Team Store Orders

Orders placed through online team stores, fundraising stores, or group ordering platforms operate under different production timelines than standard orders.

• Team store orders are typically produced after the store closes
• Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks after store closing, unless otherwise specified
• Orders are not processed individually as they are received

Delivery methods may vary:

• Bulk delivery to the organization
• Individual shipping (if selected at checkout)

Ordering deadlines and delivery timelines are determined by the agreement between the store organizer and DV TEES.

Customers will be provided estimated timelines within the team store.

DV TEES is not liable for delays that impact event dates, deadlines, or planned use of products once the order has been shipped.
