DV TEES is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or
incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered
fulfilled orders.

🔁 Changes, Cancellations
& Refunds

Because all items are custom made:

before production begins (a cancellation fee may apply).

❌ No changes or cancellations once production starts.

❌ Size selection errors are not eligible for exchange.

👕 Product Availability

If a garment becomes unavailable due to supplier inventory
issues, it may be replaced with a comparable product of similar style, quality,
and price.

This is not considered a defect or grounds for refund.

are normal within industry standards.
