Send us your design, garment selection, and quantities
We’ll provide a quote
Once approved, we’ll send an invoice
After payment, you’ll receive a digital proof for approval
Once approved, we’ll begin production and schedule pickup or delivery
Digitizing (One-Time Setup)
Embroidery designs must be converted into a stitch file (digitized) before production.
Digitizing Fee:
$25 for designs up to 4" x 4"
Larger designs are quoted based on size and complexity
This is a one-time setup fee — your file is saved for future orders.
Minimum Order Quantity
Embroidery is available for both small and large orders.
There is no strict minimum, but pricing improves with quantity.
Thread Colors
We stock a wide range of standard thread colors to match most designs.
If an exact match is needed, we will do our best to match it closely or recommend the closest available option.
Artwork Requirements
To ensure the best results, artwork should be:
- High resolution (300 DPI or vector preferred)
- Clean and easy to read
- Free of unnecessary details that won’t translate well to stitching
Small text and fine details may need to be adjusted for embroidery.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on order size, garment availability, and current production volume.
