Pricing is based primarily on 3 factors. The garment, the design, and the quantity. The minimum order quantity for screen printing a multi-color design is 24 pieces. If you are looking for a lower quantity, we have options available and we'll discuss those with you. 1-2 Color prints are available in lower quantities. Turnaround times will be discussed as it depends on your order and the current work load.
The Process
- Let us know what garments, quantities, and design you'd like.
- We'll send you a quote.
- Upon approval, we will send an invoice.
- Once paid, we will send digital proofs of the final product.
- Once that is approved, we will order, stitch, and deliver (whatever method you choose).
Artwork
Artwork should be print ready.
- 300 dpi or higher.
- Remove anything you don't want printed (background colors, watermarks, t-shirts from a previous mockup, etc.). We print what you send us.
- Artwork should be sized to the dimensions you want printed.
- 8 color max for light colored garments, 6 color max for darker garments.
Screen Printing Fees
- Screens/Setup: $20 per screen (screens will be stored for 3 months)
- Re-prints: $5 (within 3 months)
- Adjustments to artwork: $25 or $50/hr
- Color changes: $10 ea
- PMS Color matching: $15 ea
- White base for dark garments: 50¢ per garment
- Folding: $1.00
- Folding & Bagging: $1.50
