ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Submitting Your Artwork
To ensure the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please provide artwork in one of the following formats:
✅ Preferred File Types
- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF)
- High-resolution PNG (300 DPI at print size)
⚠️ File Quality Matters
Low-quality artwork will result in poor print results.
- Images pulled from websites or screenshots are typically not suitable for printing
- Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution files may require redesign
🎨 Colors & Design Setup
- Colors should be clearly specified
- Pantone (PMS) colors are recommended for exact matches
- If no colors are specified, DV TEES will use the closest available match
🔤 Fonts
- All fonts should be:
- Outlined, or
- Included with your file
If fonts are not provided, substitutions may occur.
🛠️ Artwork Adjustments & Design Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
- Recreating or vectorizing artwork
- Cleaning up low-quality images
- Color adjustments or separations
- Major design edits or layout changes
You will be notified of any additional costs before work begins.
⚠️ Print Limitations
Not all artwork translates perfectly to every print method.
- Fine details, gradients, or small text may need adjustments
- Certain designs may be modified to ensure print quality
DV TEES will make recommendations when necessary.
📏 Sizing & Placement
- Artwork should be submitted at the intended print size when possible
- Final sizing and placement will be confirmed during the proofing stage
⚠️ Customer Responsibility
DV TEES is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from:
- Low-resolution artwork
- Improper file setup
- Customer-provided design issues
Approval of your proof confirms acceptance of the final print outcome.
