Ordering

I don't have a design, can you help me?

Yes! We have an amazing designers team that can help turn a concept into a design.

Do you offer rush delivery services?

Rush orders are possible depending on the size of the order, garment availability, and the current production load. Rush order fees will be added.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes! Screen printing pricing is based on garment, design, and quantity. 48 garments prints cheaper than 24 garments of the same print.

Forgot to apply my discount code

New emails go out weekly with different offers. Please keep in mind that our discount codes are only valid for a limited time and must be applied before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply the discount after the transaction has been processed.

Shipping

What is the turnaround time for a shirt order?

Custom order turnaround times vary based on order size, availability, and current production load. Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Delivery date refers to when the order is completed. We have no control over a package once the carrier has the package.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes we can change the shipping address as long as your order has not shipped yet please email us at sales@dvtees.com. Please note, however, that if your order already has a tracking, we cannot make any changes. Lastly, please include your order information for verification.

My order was returned to sender

If tracking shows your order has been returned to us, first please check the address you provided us on your original confirmation email. If the address you provided was correct, please email us at sales@dvtees.com and let us know. If the address provided was wrong, we will need you to pay a new shipping fee for us to ship this back out once we receive it.  We will send you an invoice for the reshipping fee, and once that is paid, we will reship your order. If you choose not to have us reship the order, you may pick it up from our shop. Orders not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees.

Returns and Refunds

My Order Was Wrong or Defective- Will you Fix It?

We're so sorry to hear about this error on your order! 

Errors made by DV Tees will be replaced at no charge. All other problems will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Orders in production may not be cancelled. Changes to orders will depend on changes requested. Costs will depend on changes as well.

How do I Return or Exchange an Order?

Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Items eligible for return or exchange will be subject to restocking fees.
